Bikram's Beginning Yoga class is a cardiovascular workout the strengthens, tones and stretches your muscles while calming your mind and reducing stress.  Sweat, strain, laugh and do more for your health, body and general well being than you ever imagined possible.

Bikram's 26 postures and two breathing exercises systematically moves fresh oxygenated blood to 100% of your body, to each organ, fiber, restoring all systems to healthy working order, just as nature intended. Proper weight, muscle tone, vibrant good health and a sense of well being will automatically follow.

The room is heated to 38^oC which allows for deeper stretching and promoting detoxification of the skin, blood and muscles.
