Delivery & Replacement

Our gift wrap, gift card and fast delivery fee is $12 per order New Zealand wide.

Fast Delivery

We will arrange fast delivery of your gift using New Zealand Couriers. This can be either to you or directly to your gift recipient.

Delivery Timeframes

You should allow 24 hours for delivery. Rural deliveries may take a further 24 hours depending on the location. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Daily cut-off time is 3pm. But if you need it in a hurry, let us know and we will try to make it happen in your timeframe.

Delivery Conditions

All orders are sent by courier so a physical address is required.

Jewellery and perfume/aftershave are sent using signature required track-and-trace courier packs so they are in safe hands. It may be appropriate to specify a work address for delivery if no one is generally home during the day. If there is no one to sign for the package when the courier driver calls they will leave a card to call with details for redelivery.

Wine & Spirits must be signed for by a person aged 18 years or over.

Replacement Policy

If the goods your have purchased arrive damaged or faulty please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement.

It is not our policy to refund unwanted gifts so please choose carefully.
